How I pick and follow stocks

I mostly look for companies which distribute good dividends and often. Solid track record on higher dividends year-by-year is a definite plus.

I've been updating a list about interesting stocks. I go through it every month or so and try to buy stocks which have been on it for a longer time. For example GE and P&G were on this list before I bought them.

If I would now have enough cash for next purchase, it would propably be AEP.
