Today, I purchased two new stocks, Maiden Holdings (60) and Omega Healthcare Investors (10). In addition to that, I added some more stocks to COP (2), KBWY (4) and WPC (3).
Maiden Holdings is at least almost (it's a holding company) an insurance company and I didn't have any insurance companies in my portfolio. Second, it payed dividend in the right months and enough. It also has raised it's dividend yearly.
Omega Healthcare Investors is a REIT for nursing facilities. It also payed dividends in the right months. As to raising dividends, the history isn't that long, but the yield is good.
Last Autumn was a quiet period for me and now I will try to make investments more periodically.
